On this page we want to:

Enable the Show and Hide buttons to change the visibility of the instruction layer.
Enable the Toggle button to alternate the value of the css display property between block and none.
Create a rollover of the tr object #familyrowa so that it changes the background-color of THAT object to yellow on mouseover and back to white on mouseout
Returning to jQuery:
- Add the jQuery library to the page and set up a document ready block
- In the document ready block create a global variable called "currentcolor"
- Create a bind for mouseover of tr objects that:
  - Sets currentcolor to the css background-color of the triggered tr
  - Sets the background color of the current tr to yellow
- Create a bind for mouseout of tr objects that sets the css background-color of the triggered tr to the currentcolor variable
